Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader for R2 ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide access for the petitioners’ properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioners’ representations dated 16.06.2025 and 15.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. According to the petitioners, due to the construction of the Outer Ring Road (ORR), adjoining the petitioners’ lands, access to the petitioners’ lands has now been blocked. The petitioners seek for a direction to the second respondent to provide access to the petitioners’ lands. Since the representations of the petitioners dated 16.06.2025 and 15.11.2025 have not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. B. Sanjay Balachander, learned Standing Counsel (CMDA) accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Ms. C. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners’ representations dated 16.06.2025 and 15.11.2025, seeking for access for the petitioners’ properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners along with petitioners’ representations. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
