And 2 Others, 2026:AHC:166258, wherein the matter was remanded back for fresh consideration on the application for condonation of delay of 8 years without granting any reason. However, Court finds that present case is different on fact since here the delay is of only one year which is not an extraordinary delay and since it has already been condoned by the Prescribed Authority, therefore, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order and matter may proceed further. 3.
