Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 25.06.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of Elementary Education, Hamirpur, H.P and copy of office order dated 14.05.2026 passed by Block Elementary Education Officer, Hamirpur, Distt. Hamirpur, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of office order dated 14.05.2026 reveals that in terms of the directions passed by the Court in CWP No.17457 of 2025, titled, Rajneesh Kumari vs State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors, the petitioner has been granted higher stage of pay on completion of two 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 years of regular service. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the consequential benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner, the same shall be released within eight weeks from today. In case the benefits are not released as per the direction given by this Court, the petitioner will be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
