S.V Prakash learned counsel on record for the respondents submits that petitioner failed to comply the condition imposed and respondents have not received the costs so far. 3. Revision petition was filed with delay of 370 days. Seeking to condone the said delay, I.A No.1/2023 was filed. This Court allowed the said interlocutory application on 29.01.2026, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondents within a week. The Court also directed petitioner to file proof of payment of costs. As per office endorsement, no proof to that effect is filed till now. By the submission that is made by learned counsel for respondents it is clear that petitioner has not paid the costs as ordered.
