This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “CPC”), seeking exemption from filing certified copy of order/proceedings in arbitration. 2. Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. However, certified copy of order/proceedings in arbitration with proper margins be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the respondents. 3. This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of CPC seeking exemption from filing uncertified/dim/illegible documents along with the captioned suit. 5. Learned counsel are ad idem that the mandate of the learned sole Arbitrator may be extended, as final hearing has already taken place and the matter is ready for passing of arbitral award. 11. Having regard to the fact that both the parties are ad idem for extension of mandate of the Arbitrator as also the fact that it is only for the purpose of enabling the learned sole Arbitrator to pass its award, the mandate of learned sole arbitrator is extended for another four months with effect from 01.08.2026. 12.
