The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition stating that a direction passed in the judgment and order dated 22.01.2026 in WP(C) No.1076/2025 has not been complied with till date. 3. Mr. D. Nath has submitted order dated 24.08.2026 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(Civil) Diary No(s).37211/2026, wherein it is shown that the order dated 22.01.2026 in WP(C) No.1076/2025 has been stayed until further orders. 4. The contents of the order dated 24.08.2026 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(Civil) Diary No(s).37211/2026 states as follows : “UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R 1. Delay in filing as well as in refiling is condoned. 2. Issue notice to the respondents. 3. In the meanwhile, there shall be interim stay of the impugned order dated 22.01.2026 until further orders.” 5. In view of the above, this contempt petition cannot be proceeded with till a final decision is taken by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(Civil) Diary No(s).37211/2026. 6.
