The present writ petitions have been filed assailing the order dated 01.06.2026 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi (“DRAT”) in Appeal Nos. 160 and 159 of 2026. By the said order, the DRAT refused to interfere with the order dated 18.10.2025 passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-III in Appeal No. 10 of 2025 and 11 of 2025, whereby the Learned Presiding Officer declined to set aside the Learned Recovery Officer’s direction for issuance of show cause notices dated 08.08.2025 for attachment of the Petitioners’ moveable and immoveable properties. 4. Accordingly, at their request, the above-captioned writ petitions, along with all pending applications, are disposed of as having become infructuous, with liberty to raise all issues in petition challenging the final order dated 10.07.2026. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.07.2026 passed by the Learned Recovery Officer-I, Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi, in TRC No. 46/2022 and TRC No. 64/2022. 7. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy by preferring an appeal before the Debt Recovery Tribunal ("DRT") or by initiating such other proceedings as may be permissible in law. 9. Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. 10.
