Having considered the contention putforth by State Counsel that since the State authority is ready to recall impugned notice (Annexure P-1) dated 28.01.2026 issued by Tahsildar, Korba, therefore, nothing remains in the instant petition for adjudication at this stage. 3. In view of above, the instant writ petitions are disposed of. However, respondent No. 4 is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
