The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of office order dated 20.04.2026 passed by the Additional Superintending Engineer Electrical Division HPSEBL Rajgarh reveals that the petitioner has been granted work charge status w.e.f. 16.11.1996 and thereafter Senior 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 31.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.12155 of 2025, titled, Sh. Madan Swaroop vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and Anr., has been complied with thereby granting work charge status to the petitioner w.e.f. 16.11.1996, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, it is made clear that in case the consequential benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner, in terms of the judgment passed by this Court within eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
