The applicant who is in custody since 01.04.2024 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No.35 of 2024 arising out of NDPS Case No.33 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 15(C) and 22 (C) of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XI, Ranchi. 2. It appears that about 03 tonnes of doda has been recovered. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected on merit vide order dated 25.09.2025 passed in B.A. No.8482 of 2025. This is the second attempt. 5. From perusal for the report submitted by the trial court, it appears that out of 10 charge sheeted witnesses, six witnesses have already been examined and for remaining four, summon has already been issued. 6. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 7. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected once again. 8. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Ranchi is also directed to co-operate with the trial court for early conclusion of the case.
