A prayer has been submitted to condone the delay in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order dated 28.05.2025 in connection with MAC Case No. 42/2023. 2. It is submitted that there is some urgency as the Insurance Company has received execution notice. The delay is only for a period of 5 days and there was no malafide on the part of the applicant. The judgment was delivered on 28.05.2025 by the learned Member, MACT, Tinsukia and the applicant learnt about the order on 23.07.2025 and this resulted in the delay. 3. Considering the submissions at the Bar, it appears that delay may be condoned. Thereby, delay is condoned. Page No.# 4/4 4. Registry to register the connected appeal on the next week. 5.
