Indisputably, she is major. On interaction, she stated that she wants to go with the petitioner-Shri Ajrudeen, present in Court and duly identified by her as also by learned counsel for the petitioner. (2 of 2) [HC-288/2026] Since, Ms. ‘S’ is major, she is at liberty to go wherever she chooses. In view thereof, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of with a direction to the police authority to let Ms. ‘S’ go with the petitioner, present in Court and to ensure her safe return to the place of her choice.
