By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): “10.1 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent police authorities to complete the investigation and file the final report / charge-sheet in FIR No. 307/2025, lodged on 26.03.2025 at Police Station Baloda, District Balodabazar- Bhatapara, within a stipulated time as may be deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court; 10.2 Issue such other writ, order, or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3. At the outset, Ms. Vaishali Mahilong, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondent submits that as per the instructions received, the investigation has been completed, charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court on 28.03.2026 and as such, nothing survives int his petition for adjudication. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the charge sheet has been filed by the police, then this petition may be disposed of. 5. In view of the submission advanced by learned counsel appearing for the parties, this petition stands disposed of.
