CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.T. NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs:
“Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction, as the case may be, to consider the joint representation dated 22.0-6.2024 at Annexure-F, to approve the appointment of the petitioner for Grant-in-Aid to the respondent No.6 Institution.”

2. The brief facts of the case are that the sixth respondent, which is a minority educational institution, issued a paper publication inviting applications to fill the post of Science Teacher, vide Annexure-A. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner applied for the said post. After following all procedures prescribed by law, the petitioner was appointed on 01.07.2023, vide Annexure-C.
3. Thereafter, on 07.09.2023, the Management sent a proposal to the competent authority seeking admission of the petitioner’s post to Grant-in-Aid. By an endorsement dated 27.09.2023, vide Annexure-D, the authority sought certain documents. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted all the documents required by the authority along with a representation dated 22.05.2024, vide Annexure-F. However, the petitioner’s case for admission to Grant-in- Aid has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned AGA submits that, if the petitioner submits an additional representation enclosing all necessary documents, the authority will consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.
5. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to submit an additional representation enclosing all relevant documents, including the supporting judgments of this Court and of the Apex Court, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such a representation is submitted, respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are
directed to consider the original representation as well as the additional representation submitted by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of the additional representation. With the above observations, the writ petition stands
