Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate concerned. 3. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police by producing a copy of the Deletion Report dated 04.05.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police submitted that on completion of detailed enquiry, the final report as against the first and second accused deleting the name of the third accused in the said crime number was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram. 4.
