The petitioner has been made accused in connection Ichak P.S. Case No.23 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(b), 22(b), 27(a), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 07 grams of brown sugar like substance and cash of Rs.4,500/-. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that the seized item is just over the small quantity. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 14.02.2026 as mentioned in para-16 of instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge N.D.P.S. Act, Hazaribagh with the condition that they will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish their mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile number during the trial of the case in any manner, during trial of the case.
