Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to the place of posting be considered for the petitioner by deciding the representation. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to give posting to the petitioner at Raigarh District in compliance of order dated 05-05-2025. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities counseling for 13 posts in District Raigarh. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the posting of petitioner anywhere in District Raigarh, where the respondent No.4 to 14 have been posted. 3 10.5 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted representation against the order (Annexure P-1) on 05.05.2025, before respondent No.3, which is pending consideration, he is not pressing this petition on merits, however, prayer is made for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the pending representation dated 05.05.2025. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 05.05.2025, submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh representation if he so desire and if such representation is submitted, the same shall be considered and decided along with pending representation as observed above. 5.
