The applicant, who is in custody since 29.11.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No.327 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 318(4)/ 338/ 336(3)/ 336(4)/ 340(2)/ 61(2)/ 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that this applicant was not present in the Scorpio vehicle from which 272 Admit Cards have been alleged to be recovered, rather he has been arrested from Bandhan Lodge, Jharia. It has further been submitted that he is a student and he has no connection with the alleged crime. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from perusal of record, it appears that it is an organized crime committed in organized manner. Considering the nature of crime and the manner of commission of crime, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, at this stage.
