This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayers :- "It is, therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to allow the instant writ petition and issue an appropriate writ, order or direction:- a. quash and set aside the impugned list dated NIL (Annexure-8) insofar as it deletes the petitioner's/predecessor's name in respect of Plot No.2148, and may kindly declare the action of [2026:RJ-JP:31478] (2 of 3) [CW-15026/2026] respondents in deleting the petitioner's name as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution. or alternatively;-the respondents may be directed to rectify their mistake and add the petitioner's name with respect to the P.No.2148 of Sachivalaya Nagar, measuring 200 sq. yard and accordingly direct the respondents to modify the list so prepared by them (Annexure-8); b. respondents may kindly be directed to produce the records relating to Plot No. 2148 of Sachivalaya Nagar, Jaipur; c. respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the p.no. 2148 of Sachivalaya Nagar Scheme measuring 200 sq. yard in the name of petitioner and further give permission to raise construction on this plot. d. pass any other appropriate writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioner.; and e. Award exemplary costs of the present petition in favour of the petitioners." 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a representation before the Commissioner, Jaipur Development Authority, who may also be directed to consider the representation objectively. 3. In view of the limited prayer extended by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file an exhaustive representation before the Commissioner, Jaipur Development Authority, who shall consider the contents of the representation as well as documents enclosed therewith and shall decide the same with reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
