As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, the rival claimants for the very same property have also been heard by the second respondent in the enquiry proceedings conducted pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2022. 3. Mr. R. Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 24.03.2022 after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the rival claimants of the petitioner over the property which is the subject matter of this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
