1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue calling for the records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the respondents for its kind perusal, if deem fit. 10.2 A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue directing the respondent authorities take steps for granting actual physical
2 possession of allotted House No. A1000/185 to the petitioner for which he is entitled for after taking all necessary steps in this regard within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.. 10.2 A writ and /or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue granting appropriate to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.4 Cost of the proceedings. 10.5 Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts & circumstances of case”
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 submits that on instructions, on the last date of hearing he submitted that petitioner was allotted the house and petitioner had also taken over possession of the same.
3. Today, Ms. Kaushiki Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that based on the statement made by the counsel for the Respondent No. 2, she has made an attempt to contact with the petitioner, however, she could not be able to connect with him. She further submits that if the submission of counsel for the Respondent No. 2 is that the house has been allotted, this petition may be disposed of.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2, this writ petition is disposed of on the submissions made by counsel for the respondent that relief prayed for is granted. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum, if any grievance still subsists.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
