This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- (a) a Civil Writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India of Mandamus or of any other nature under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking setting-aside and quashing of the Withdrawal Order dated 03.06.2026 issued by the Respondent No.2, whereby, it has withdrawn the recognition of the Petitioner's B.Ed. & D.El.Ed. courses, in an arbitrary and illegal manner; and. (b) a Civil Writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India This is a digitally signed order. For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3. Mr. Rupal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. Mr. Sherawat, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, states that the appellate committee has already heard the petitioner and the order has been reserved. 5. The committee is requested to release the order expeditiously and by 25.07.2026. 6. With aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of, along with pending applications, if any.
