Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ direction to the in the nature of mandamus or respondent no. 02 i.e. ADGP, CAF, Raipur to decide the 2nd Appeal of petitioner dt. 15.07.2025 [Annexure-P/4) within the period of 30 days in accordance with law. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order of punishment imposed upon him since 13.05.2025 which is pending and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on appeal submitted by the petitioner expeditiously within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the appeal submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
