The prosecution case is that another co-accused had shot some obscene photos and videos of the minor victim girl. After he sold/gave the phone to the petitioner for repair, the petitioner circulated such photos and videos of the minor girl on social media. Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses recorded before the learned Magistrate, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 2 The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
