Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the recorded owner of land bearing Khasra No.3/13 area 0.1680 hectare situated at village Surdongar, Tahsil Keshkal, Distt. Kondagaon. The petitioner has filed an application (Annexure-P/4) before Tahsildar, Keshkarl/respondent No.3 for correction of revenue map, but the same has not been decided yet. Hence, it is prayed that respondent No.3 may be directed to decide the application (Annexure-P/4) of the petitioner, within a specific time frame. 3. Counsel for the State/respondents has no objection on the above prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the facts of the case and the limited grievance of the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the Tahsildar, Keshkal/respondent No.3 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner (Annexure-P/4), within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
