Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment, dated 06.01.2026, as passed by this Court. 2 This Court on 02.06.2026 had granted time to the respondents to file reply/compliance report. 3 Today, Mr. Vinod Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents, has placed on record communication, dated 23.06.2026, as addressed by Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC, Nahan to the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla, whereby two additional increments on completion of 20 years of regular 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 service have been allowed to the petitioner. It has also been communicated therein that the revised pension case along with a photocopy of the office order regarding revised pay fixation of the petitioner has already been sent to Head Office vide office letter dated 23.06.2026. 4 In view of above, the instant petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to take the aforesaid communication to its logical end within four weeks from today, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for revival of the instant petition in case his grievance still remains to be unaddressed.
