Mazarbhuiyan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in WP(C) No.1132/2024 whereby the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court disposed of the said writ petition with a direction to comply with the directions passed at paragraph No.16 in WP(C) No.6582/2023. 3. On 05.01.2026, while taking up the instant contempt application, Page No.# 3/3 this Court enquired with the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners as to whether the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in WP(C) No.1132/2024 have been communicated to the Respondents who have been arrayed in the instant proceedings and in that regard, granted the leave to the Petitioners to file an additional affidavit. However, no additional affidavit has been filed. Under such circumstances, it is therefore the opinion of this Court that sans intimating the concerned Respondents about the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in WP(C) No.1132/2024, the question of willful or deliberate violation to the order passed by the learned Coordinate Bench this Court does not arise. 4. Under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to issue notice in the instant contempt application for which the instant application stands closed. 5. Liberty however is given to the Petitioners to intimate the Respondents herein and thereupon approach this Court, if so otherwise permissible under law. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
