ORAL ORDER The petitioners have challenged the proceedings initiated against them in C.C.No.47275/2010 pending on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 506 of IPC.
2. When this petition was listed for admission, the
learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this

petition with liberty to move before the Trial Court for discharge.
3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is noted.
4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to move before the Trial Court for discharge. If an application is filed for discharge, the Trial Court shall consider the same expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of thirty days from the date of filing the application, in the light of the fact that the cognizance of the offences is taken in the year 2010.
6. In view of dismissal of the petition, pending I.As., if any, do not survive for consideration and the same stand dismissed.
