1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No.18/2026, registered at Police Station Govindgarh (Alwar), District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 303(2), 111(2)(b) of BNS.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that the applicant is a young boy, aged about 28 years and he is the sole bread earner who has to take care of his elderly parents. It is submitted that the petitioner is behind the bars since 17.01.2026 and that charge-sheet has already been filed and the recovery of motorcycle has taken placed. It is submitted that the trial will take its own time to conclude and there is no fruitful purpose to keep the applicant in custody. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the instant bail application, and it is submitted that there are dozens of criminal antecedents pending against the applicant,

Having heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties, taking note of the fact that the applicant is a young boy, aged about 28 years; that the applicant has been in custody since 17.01.2026; and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant and enlarge him on bail. 5. Accordingly, the present bail application under Section 483 of BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Nirbho Singh @ Nirbhay Singh @ Raja S/o Bharat Singh, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court for his appearance before the

Considering the strong criminal antecedents registered against the accused-applicant, this court deems it fit to direct the accused-applicant shall contribute to the Swach Bharat Abhiyan – initiative of the government, for a period of three months, on two hours per day basis, as an honorary work, under the supervision and directions of the SHO qua the FIR (Supra) in consonance with the directions of the Municipal Corporation/Local Administrative authorities concerned.
