The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the show cause issued by the respondent authorities on the allegation that the petitioner has violated the terms and conditions of the letter of acceptance by not transferring the registration certificate as well as the PESO license in the name of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of letter of acceptance. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to transfer of ownership of all the vehicles have been completed but with regard to the change of PESO license out of eleven vehicles five vehicles is under process and six PESO license is transferred in the name of the petitioner. 3. The petitioner further submits that the petitioner already submitted the reply to the show cause notice but he prays for leave to file supplementary reply by disclosing all the 2 documents to the respondent authorities to the show cause notice. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to file supplementary reply to the show cause notice by disclosing all the documents to the respondent authorities within the period of one week from date and once the supplementary reply, if any, filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and to pass appropriate order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5. The writ petition is disposed of at the motion stage without any affidavit, allegations made therein are deemed to have been denied. 6. W.P.A. 8084 of 2026 is disposed of. 7.
