JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 02.09.2026 Heard Mr. K. Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. By this application, the petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bandardewa P.S. case No. 32/2020 under sections 112/316(5)/318(4)/319(2)/336(3)/341(1)/341(2) BNS, 2023. 3. By an order dated 29.07.2026, this Court granted pre-arrest bail to the applicant and Page No.# 2/3 directed that, in the event of his arrest the accused-applicant shall be allowed to go on bail on furnishing a bail bond of ₹ 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority along with certain other conditions. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after obtaining interim anticipatory bail, the applicant appeared before the investigating officer and cooperated with the investigation of the case. On her such appearance, the Investigating Officer of the case has recorded her statement on 21.08.2026. However, despite her appearance, she was not shown arrested in the case. 5. The Case Dairy called for has been produced and I have perused the same. The record reveals that the applicant appeared before the Investigating Officer of the case and gave her statement. The record further indicates that since the applicant is cooperating with the investigation of the case and her statement has already been recorded, the further custodial interrogation/detention of the applicant is not required at this stage. There is also no any record of the applicant having violated the bail conditions. Under the circumstances, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly submits that the further custodial interrogation or detention of the accused/applicant is no longer required. 6. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the applicant has made out a case for extending the privilege of pre-arrest bail. 7. Accordingly this bail application is allowed. 8. The interim Anticipatory Bail granted to the accused applicant on 29.07.2026 is hereby made absolute with the same terms and conditions subject to the following additional condition: (i). that she shall continue cooperating in the investigation of the case and appear before the investigation officer as and when called for; (ii). that she shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer, nor, shall tamper with the evidence; Page No.# 3/3 (iii). that he shall not indulge in any activity which would either, hamper, or, hinder the investigation of the case; (iv). that she shall not leave the State of Arunachal Pradesh without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer of the case. 9. This bail order shall be read with the order dated 29.07.2026. 10. With the above, this bail application stands allowed and disposed of. 11. Return the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
