By way of this application, a prayer has been made for correction in order dated 28.04.2026. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the order, the reference of CWP No.1494 of 2020 has been given, whereas, the reference of CWPOA No.1660 of 2020, should have been given. He submits that in light of this fact, the application be allowed and the order be modified by deleting the reference of CWP No.1494 of 2020, titled Ex. Hav. Balwan Singh versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others and by mentioning therein CWPOA No.1660 of 2020, titled as Anant Ram and others versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others. In light of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for. Reference of CWP No.1494 of 2020 is ordered to be deleted and this order be substituted by CWPOA No.1660 of 2020.
