Singh, Advocate …...... 03/11.05.2026: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.06.2025 passed in ABA No. 5545 of 2024. 2. There is a condition in the order dated 12.06.2025 that till filing of the chargesheet the petitioners have to appear before the Investigating Officer once in every 15 days. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that they are working at Mumbai thus, it is not possible for them to appear before the Officer In-charge once in every 15 days. They submit that till date they have complied with the imposed condition. It is their grievance that till date final report has not been submitted by the Investigating Officer. 2026:JHHC:14037 2 4. The Sr. Superintendent of Police who is present in virtual mode submits that the investigation is in progress and will take some time. 5. Considering the submission of the petitioner and the Sr. Superintendent of Police, the order dated 12.06.2025 is modified to the extent that henceforth the petitioners need not to appear before the Investigating Officer once in every 15 days and if the Investigating Officer may so feel he may give prior notice to the petitioners for appearance before him, as and when required. 6.
