Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs; “10.1. That, the records pertaining to the case of the petitioner, may be kindly called for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly set aside and quash the impugned transfer order dated 16/09/2025 only to extent of transfer of petitioner from Korba to Sarangarh- Bilaigarh, in the interest of justice. 10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent 2 / 2 authorities to post the petitioner in Bilaspur District (alternatively) by modifying the transfer of petitioner through impugned order dated 16/09/2025, only to extent of her earlier posting in District Sarangarh Bilaigarh, in the interest of justice. 10.4. That any other relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while working on the post of Rural Health Coordinator (Women) have been promoted to the post of the Women Supervisor and has been posted from the Sub-Health Centre, Senha, Block Podi Uproda, District: Korba to Primary Health Centre, Pavni, Block: Sarangarh, District: Sarangarh, Bhilaigarh. He contended that the petitioner is facing hardship as earlier her husband’s dead body was found in suspicious circumstances in the year 2021. Against the order of change of posting on promotion, petitioner had submitted representation before respondent No. 4 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 4 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, the writ petition, at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, in an objective manner, expeditiously preferably within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
