The instant application under Order I, Rule 10, CPC has been filed praying for impleadment of Smt. Asangla Imti, IAS to the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Department of School Education as Respondent No. 6. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, Ms. Ozunglila. 3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant that during the pendency of the connected COP(C)/31/2022, the Respondent No. 1 has been transferred out from the Department of School Education and Smt. Asangla Imti, IAS has taken charge as the Commissioner & Page No.# 4/4 Secretary, Government of Nagaland, Department of School Education, Nagaland, Kohima. It is also stated that by order dated 24.08.2026, this Court had allowed the Applicant to take necessary steps to implead the new incumbent. Accordingly, it is prayed that the new incumbent, Commissioner & Secretary, Smt. Asangla Imti, IAS, may be impleaded as Respondent No. 6 in COP(C)/31/2022. 4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant application is allowed. The Applicant shall take steps to file the amended cause title impleading Smt.
