This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- “a) Issue a writ of certiorari and quash the office orders dated 16.01.2026, 27.02.2026 and addendum dated 09.04.2026 issued by the Respondent;…” 2. When the matter came up for hearing on 29.05.2026, this Court in paragraph Nos. 9, 10 and 11 held as under:- “9. In case the stipulated deadline of 30.06.2026 is missed, these Industrial Training Institutes ("ITIs") will not be permitted to take new admissions for the academic year 2026-2027, which will result in severe hardships and commercial death of these institutes. 10. Mr. Sharawat, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, states that there is a practical difficulty in the faculty approaching the Principal of Government ITIs as the Principal at times, is not available and the faculty has to wait for a couple of hours. Additionally, there are various procedural issues as well. 4. I am of the view that the respondent is only trying to evolve a system where there are no ghost faculty members and there are adequate staff members to teach the students. The steps taken by the respondent cannot be said to be unreasonable, malafide or arbitrary. However, the respondent shall be conscious of the fact that the faculty members of petitioners shall not be put to any undue harassment or inconvenience. 5. Mr. Kumar, Deputy Director of the respondent is present in Court today and states that the time limit for uploading the documents will be further extended by a period of 15 days from today. 6.
