1. The present Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of case being CS (COMM) 837/2025, titled “Shoenivers & Anr. v. Columbus Premier Shoes Pvt. Ltd.”, pending before the Court of learned District Judge (Commercial Court-03), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi to the Court of the learned District Judge (Commercial Court-01), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, where the case being CS (COMM) No. 839/2025, titled “Rohit Baluja, Sole Proprietor of M/s Shoenivers v. Columbus International Shoes Pvt. Ltd.”, is pending adjudication.

The present Petition also seeks consolidation of the case being CS (COMM) 837/2025 along with CS (COMM) No. 839/2025 as well as to stay further proceedings in CS (COMM) No. 837/2025, during This is a digitally signed order. 3. For the sufficient reasons mentioned in the present Petition, issue Notice.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents, on advance service, accepts Notice and submits that he has no objection to the grant of reliefs, as sought for, in the present Petition.
5. Hence, in view of the no objection raised by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents, the present Petition is allowed.
6. Accordingly, the Court of the learned District Judge (Commercial Court-03), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, is directed to transmit the record of CS (COMM) No. 837/2025, titled
“Shoenivers & Anr. v. Columbus Premier Shoes Pvt. Ltd.”, to the Court of the learned District Judge (Commercial Court-01), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, within a period of four (04) weeks.
7. In regard to the prayer seeking consolidation of the matters, the parties are at liberty to take such appropriate steps as are permissible under the law.
8. In view of the present Petition having been allowed, the prayer seeking stay of further proceedings in CS (COMM) No. 837/2025 does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of accordingly.
9. The present Petition, along with pending application(s), stands
disposed of in the above terms.
