Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were residing in the same area for quite some time knowing each other’s social status. The petitioner abused and threatened the defacto complainant’s husband and her relatives, who were standing in that area and asked them to move away. The petitioner also informed 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 5877 of 2026 that he has got some photographs of defacto complainant which he would publish in a social media and abused them using their caste name. 4.In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Chengalpattu, to consider the petitioner’s bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender, in connection with Crime No.12 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.
