Learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent submits that the matter is sub-judice before the trial Court for framing of the charges. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if occasion arises. 5.
