CMP No. 15226 of 2026 The present application has been moved on behalf of respondent No. 2(applicant), under Order 32 Rule 12 CPC, with a prayer to discharge hgis guardian, on the ground that he has now attained majority. In order to demonstrate the aforesaid fact, Secondary School Examination certificate, has been annexed with the application, as Annexure A-1. In view of above, the application, under consideration, is allowed and guardian of respondent No. 2 is ordered to be discharged. The application is, thus, disposed of. CMP No. 15229 of 2026 By way of present application, applicants No. 1, 2, 4, 5(a) to 5(d), namely Gopindera, Auesh, Kamla Devi, Narata Ram, Om Prakash, Mangal Singh
and Usha have sought indulgence of this Court to release the amount of compensation, deposited by the Insurance Company, in the present case. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the Insurance Company (appellant), the amount, so deposited, is ordered to be released in favour of the aforesaid applicants, alongwith up-to- date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank accounts of the applicants, as per particulars mentioned in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
