At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working under the respondents since 2013 on the post of Chowkidar. He would further submit that the petitioner went on leave in the month of March, 2 2022 and when she approached the respondent authorities, she was not permitted to join her services. He would contend that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before respondent No.3 and, in turn, respondent No.3 may be directed to consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law. 2.
