The present application is being filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘BNSS’), seeking grant of interim bail for a period of three months in Case No. VIII(AP)(10)P&I/4059-C/2023, Police Station- Customs, IGI Airport, Delhi. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the medical documents have been verified and found to be genuine, and that the petitioner is undergoing chemotherapy. 4. Let a status report, after due verification of the medical documents, be filed on record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner has granted interim bail for a period of 3 months from the date of her release, subject to the following conditions: This is a digitally signed order. The Applicant shall be released upon furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/-, with a surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. ii. The Applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of this Court. iii. The Applicant shall intimate the concerned SHO, Police Station Customs, regarding any change in his residential address. iv. The Applicant shall provide his mobile number to the concerned SHO, Police Station Customs and intimate any change therein, if any. v. The Applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity and, upon his indulging in any such activity, the present interim bail shall automatically stand cancelled. vi. The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly contact, influence, induce, threaten or intimidate any prosecution witness or tamper with the evidence in any manner. vii. Upon the expiry of the period of interim bail, the Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on the due date. 6. Accordingly, the present application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 7. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance. 8.
