In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the Auction Sale Notice dated 14th December 2022 (Annexure-F) issued in respect of the property of the petitioner. 3. Heard Dr. S. Lakshmikanth Arya M., learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 submits that the petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16291 WP NO.147 OF 2023 herein has not complied with the interim order dated 11th January, 2023 passed by this Court. 5. Though this Court, by order dated 11th January, 2023, stayed the confirmation of sale, by imposing condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- within three weeks from the date of order, nothing is placed on record to show that the aforesaid order has been complied with by the petitioner. 6. Therefore, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the interim order passed by this Court, so also, having perused the material on record, as there is no merit in the petition, Writ Petition is dismissed.
