Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that the complaint of the Petitioner was forwarded to the learned jurisdictional Magistrate, who registered it as an STC. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the learned jurisdictional Magistrate to dispose of the STC in accordance with law 6. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
