The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 यह कि यचिቔኋ  माननय न्ययलय से ቚኋ्ቕ न ह कि दिन 25.10. 2002 से 08.09.2008  अवधि  अवश स्व किቔኋ र वቔኋनभቈኋ आदि स्वत्व%  माय ब्यज सेकिहቔኋ भ(गቔኋन दिलन  आश अनवगोሥ% + जर रन   पा र-। 10. 2 यह कि माननय न्ययलय से ቚኋ्ቕ न ह कि माननय न्ययलय, अनवगोሥ% से यचिቔኋ + ज+ उचिቔኋ ह+, अन(ቔኋ+ष, ्ቌकिቔኋपा2ቔኋ3 रचिश दिलन   पा र-.।.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking one of the relief that his leave for a period from 25.10.2002 to 08.09.2008 and the salary and other dues be paid to him. 3 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that she has filed reply along with the order dated 08.12.2021 whereby, claim of leave for the period subject matter of writ petition, has been rejected along with the claim of leave for other periods as mentioned therein. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this document is not earlier served by the department, however it is received only along with the reply submitted by the State and therefore, he may beperimitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the decision of the Respondents/State dated 08.12.2021. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record. 6. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty with the petitioner to challenge the letter dated 08.12.2021 in accordance with law. 7.
