Case No. 841/2024 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaipur Metropolitan-II Court under Section 2(16), 9, 39, 42, 44, 49A, 49B, 50/51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, and also to quash complaint dated 23.08.2024 arising out of FIR no.70/2021 dated 27.06.2024 registered at P.S. Vanyajeev Udandasta Chidiyaghar, District Jaipur. 2. During course of argument, learned counsel offers to withdraw misc. petition with liberty to file an application before the trial court for examination of the articles seized by the Forest Department by the Rajasthan State FSL in case [2026:RJ-JP:33529] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6906/2024] same has not been examined so far by the FSL pursuant to any of the direction, either by this court or by the trial court or at the instance of forest department. 3. Having considered aforesaid, the misc. petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 4. In case any of the application is filed by the petitioner, the trial court may consider examination of seized articles from Rajasthan State FSL. 5.
