By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the remaining amount of compensation, falling to the shares of applicants, as awarded by learned MACT-1, Solan, vide award dated 4.9.2019, and deposited by the Insurance-Company/non-applicant, in the Registry of this Court. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the remaining amount, so deposited, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants, as apportioned by the learned MACT-I, Solan, H.P. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank accounts of the applicants, as per particulars mentioned in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
