By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the enhanced amount of compensation, deposited by the non- applicant, in the Registry of this Court, in the present case, which has been decided by this Court on 7.4.2025. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, amount of Rs. 1,69,249/-, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned in para-5 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
