Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. Beena Mishra, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Shesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State. The writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.10.2025, passed by respondent no.5, vide which the process of selection pursuant to the advertisement dated 16.06.2026 has been suspended as the subject expert has not been provided by the concerned University. Learned counsel for the concerned University, submits that the issue in question has already been settled in Writ A No.1544 of 2026 (Committee of Management, Sri Vijay Raghav Sanskrit Mahavidyalay vs. State of U.P. And 4 Others), decided on 19.03.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the University is directed to process the selection for nomination of the Subject Expert on the basis of the instructions issued by the State. If no specific instructions are provided by the State to the University concerned, the University shall be at liberty to nominate the Subject Expert in any other manner provided under the Statute. In case any contrary instructions are issued to the University concerned, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner-College. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
