By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, which has been awarded to the applicant, in this case. As per the record, the present appeal has been preferred by the Insurance- Company/non-applicant, which has been decided by this Court on 25.7.2025, and the amount of compensation has been enhanced. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the amount, so deposited by the Insurance Company, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant, alongwith up-to- date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
